    Home Services by Super Sweeps provides home maintenance inspections, maintenance services, and referrals to Preferred Tradesmen across Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties, California. A Home Maintenance Service Inspection is required for all membership plans. Specific services, availability, and pricing may vary based on your location and the scope of work.

    2. Memberships

    Membership plans are billed monthly. You do not need a membership to request individual services. Membership benefits, service credits, and included services vary by plan tier. Service credits apply to qualifying services and may be subject to value, size, access, and service-area limitations. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

    3. Home Maintenance Inspections

    Our Home Maintenance Service Inspection is a visual, non-invasive maintenance inspection. It is not a substitute for a licensed real estate or home inspection. We inspect accessible areas and components only. Attic and crawlspace areas are inspected only when safely accessible. The inspection and accompanying report are intended to help homeowners understand maintenance needs — they do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind.

    4. Preferred Tradesmen

    Preferred Tradesmen are independently owned and operated businesses. We refer vetted professionals but are not responsible for the workmanship, pricing, or conduct of third-party contractors. Any agreement for specialized work is between you and the tradesman.

    5. Payments

    Inspection and service payments are collected at the time of scheduling or service confirmation. Membership fees are billed monthly until cancelled. All payments are processed securely.

    6. Cancellations

    You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for non-payment or violations of these Terms.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Home Services by Super Sweeps or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Home Services by Super Sweeps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
