What is Home Services by Super Sweeps?
Home Services by Super Sweeps helps homeowners manage ongoing home maintenance. It starts with a Home Maintenance Service Inspection and detailed report, then connects you with over 100 home services and vetted Preferred Tradesmen — one pro per category per area. Membership is optional.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties in California, with plans to expand nationwide.
How does the home maintenance inspection work?
The Home Maintenance Service Inspection is $399 and includes a free service of equal value. We visually inspect the accessible areas of your home, provide a detailed maintenance report, and recommend next steps. If specialized work is needed, we refer one of our Preferred Tradesmen.
Do I need a membership to schedule an inspection?
No. You can schedule the $399 Home Maintenance Service Inspection without a membership. Membership is an optional ongoing program for homeowners who want help managing maintenance year-round, with plans starting at $29/month.
What are the membership plans?
Membership plans start at $29/month (Basic), $59/month (Plus), and $99/month (Complete). Each plan requires an annual Home Maintenance Service Inspection. Higher tiers include additional service credits, priority scheduling, and attic/crawlspace inspection. See the membership page for full details.
